A children's choir born in 2015 in the Minamino area of Hachioji City, with about 70 members ranging in age from 3 years old to 3rd-year high school students.
For instruction, we use the Matsushita Chorus Method, a music education system based on the Hungarian music education system "Kodály Method" and suitable for Japanese children.
So far, the choir has given annual concerts, participated in the national children's chorus festival organized by the All Japan Choral Association, participated in local choral festivals and events, and made visits to Health care facilities for the elderly.
The activities: Annual Concert, Participating in the choral festivals and events, Concerts at schools and juvenile facilities, Summer camp, etc.
Date of the rehearsal: Every Saturday, 1:30 pm-2:40 pm (Koruri class, ranging in age from 3 years old to 3rd-year elementary school students) 3:00 pm- 5:30 pm (Ooruri class, ranging in 4th-year elementary school students to 3rd-year high school students)
Current members: 3 years old to 3rd-year high school students, Boys and Girls
